bought this camera for SGD85 for more than 2 years ago. Looks good and has a sturdy body build. The autofocus by "half-press" technique doesn't work sometimes.
Should get the Trip AF31 for the timer in case you need to take a picture of your self with the help of a tripod.
The camera is value for money in its own class. the Olympus name also adds ostentatious impression to the shopper. Overall a good entry-level camera for those non-fanatics.
not for the hobbyists. the AF needs improvement. not reliable 100% o fthe time. sometimes, i get really good focused pictures. other times, i get very mediocre pictured which really spoils your day.
Colour is however good enough for most ordinary users.
