Harman/Kardon makes fine audio components. This particular one, worth every penny, will give you years of exquisite listening. The surround sound, with the appropriate speakers, will blow you away, providing a cinema-quality experience every time you turn on the television.
The multiple inputs and outputs allow a great amount of flexibility in connecting various other components. The controls are quite simple, though other brands can be used with more ease. The comprehensive remote control and functions make this one a must have. Perfect for the family and kids. Play music and pump it up as loud as you can handle. But keep it quiet if you'd like, and you'll still hear crystal clear sound. It is a high end piece of equipment at a nice price.
I say if you want something good that looks nice and sounds much nicer, go for this one or another Harmon/Kardon. I have heard only good things about the company. Good luck!!
