Pros: Quality of internet service is good
Cons: $15.00 price hike for internet service
The Bottom Line: I recommend people seeking out DSL instead of coNcast cable as long as the throughput speed meets your needs. They treat their customers like dirt and should be boycotted!!

When coNcast Internet service took over from AT&T I noticed
a $15.00 increase in my bill. This is a net increase of over 25%!! I called customer service to complain and get my service cost back down to where it was and all I got from the service rep. was the "party line". I asked to speak to the rep's manager and got the "party line" again. I then asked who I could talk to above him and he replied "nobody".
I asked to talk to the people that make policy and he said they are not available to the customer. Great accountability coNcast!!
What they want me to do is to subscribe to their television cable service and THEN they will lower my internet bill!! AMAZING!!!
Can you say "coercion" coNcast? When SBC finally gets their true high-speed DSL in my area, goodbye coNcast!!
