Pros: menu's, reminders, a lot of movie channels,parental control, ITS ALL GOOD!
Cons: Costs a lot of money, "this channel is not availible" signs during storms.
The Bottom Line: Comcast is especially great for sports fans and couch potatoes.

I, like many, love to watch tv! Movies, sports, Music, all you could ever need besides food, air, and water, is all included in Comcast Digital Cable. Comcast is great for many reasons. One reason is that you can set reminders for your favorite shows that you can't stand missing. Like me, I love to watch WWF wrestling, I always set a reminder for it, just in case I am watching something and forget what day or time it is (which happens a lot during the summer). Their is also a menu which tells you the all sorts of the things you need to know about a movie that you might want to watch. For example, lets say you want to watch the movie "Austin Powers". You can find out all about it by going into the menu, and then into movies. You can find out the rating, the channel it's on, info about it, block it, set a reminder, and if it is on pay-per-view, you can find out the air time, order it, and find out the cost. You could do everything I just wrote on one movie in only a couple of seconds. So let the remote be your guide! Their is also parental controls. You can block every movie that you think is inappropriate for your children to watch by going into the menu, going into parental controls, and choose the ratings of a movie, like rated R films, or rated pg-13 films, and block every movie that has that rating. But if you want to watch a blocked movie, all you do is make up a four digit code, and for the movie to be watched, you enter the code and it can be seen. If you change the channel, and change it back, you must enter the code again. And before you go into parental controls, you have to enter that code to get in, so no one can change the settings but you. Comcast has numerous movie channels. You can also scroll through the different times and channels by moving the arrows on your remote. This allows you to channel surf while on the same channel, and see the channel's line up. But there are downs, like this one. Sometimes during a storm, on certain channels will be a black screen that says "This channel is unavailable for the moment", and you cannot scroll the times and channels because on every channel it says "to be announced". You don't have a tv until it is restored. But overall, Comcast is great and I recommend it.
