I have had nothing but great experiences with using the Discover Credit Card. The best thing about the card is the cash back bonus. Once a year, the company sends you a check with a percentage of all of the purchases that you have made throughout the year (1%). What a nice surprise to get a little extra cash each year.
I do not maintain balances on my credit cards, so for me the extra cash is money saved. I really enjoy this feature and the fact that they do not charge you an annual fee. I will only use this card, unless a store does not take Discover. It would be silly to use anything else.
I have had wonderful experiences with Customer Service. Our family tends to do school clothes shopping at Outlet Malls. For 3-4 years now, we go from store to store and use the card. It never fails that later on during the day or the next day, Discover Card will call us to verify the purchases that were made. Since so many purchases were made in a short time, they call to make sure we used the card and that it hadn't been stolen and someone else was using it. I never had this experience with other Credit Card companies, before I got my Discover Card.
All in all, I highly recommend this card. They also offer other services - i.e Certificates of Deposit with higher interest rates than our local banks.
