Pros: for every 2500 spent get 50 savings bond
Cons: limits on bond amount, low credit line
The Bottom Line: When someone lets me borrow money to pay for stuff - its good but when they do that plus pay me a little for buying...thats great.

Good stuff:
If you pay off all your bills on time than a card like this is great. Its actually better than paying cash.
1. You get an extra month of keeping cash on hand for accruing.
2. You get a $50 savings bond for every $2500 spent.
Again its not big money but everything helps. I have accumulated around $700 in savings bonds.
I basically put everything on the card. Phone bill, food, gas, you name it I try to put it on the card. You can view your account on online and pay it off online which is great. This way you save on stamps, can view current spending and can pay on due date without any floating involved. (actually three business days but better than mailing a check.
Drawbacks:
1. low credit limit
2. they give difficult time in trying to increase credit limit
3. limit of $500 in savings bonds per year.
Again this card is great for people who pay on time. Others who carry balances should look at other cards with low intro rates or just low rates.
