One thing you left out--unless I missed it--is the amount of the annual fee. I got tired of paying the annual fee. I had a lot of people offering free cards and didn't charge enough to rack up a lot of mileage, so I had my card downgraded to a regular Citibank charge card.
I will say that Citibank has been very easy to deal with, though it seems like it's a very short time between when I get my bill and when the payment is due.
Still, you wrote a great review. I especially liked all the info on online monitoring.

I am going to have to check this card out. I do alot of traveling and do not use a travel rewards card currently.
