Citibank Bad News

Citibank is one of the worst financial institutions I have ever had dealings with. There customer service is almost completely non-existent.

When you have a problem you will have to call there customer service number three or four times before you can get the problem resolved. I highly recommend that you also write down every thing they tell you when you call including the name of who you talk to so you can use that information.

And now to top it all off, Citibank allegedly cancelled an account with a new business in Nevada because they dealt in guns. It seems they sent the business a letter saying that they would not maintain accounts with businesses that dealt in firearms.

What kind of American financial institution will not do business because a company deals in firearms which is allowed under the second amendment.
