Well, my review is a lot like other people's reviews that have been written here. I guess 5/3 just likes screwing their customers day in and day out. We all sound like a broken record here!!
Less than a month ago, somehow I came overdrawn, and my check register made no difference to the manager at my local branch that has her head so far up her wazoo she doesn't know what is going on. I was charged over $500 for something that was already posted... I paid it and went my way, and accepted the fact that they were not right, but I had no choice in the matter... Then, today I go in because my internet statement says I am overdrawn by $127 when just yesterday evening I had $196 in my account. The manager, Heather, tells me," You can't rely on the internet site for accurate account balances (available balances) because there could be things out there that haven't been posted!!" I was so blown away by this, but in the least, I knew what I had spent my money on.... She continues to criticize my mathmatical knowledge and explains to me that this is not "Bank Error" and there is nothing she can help me with!! HELLO, I am the customer here, giving you my money that I work damn hard for, and the last thing I expected when I opened an account was for them to take it, then on top of their "inaccurate internet banking site" (which I rely on a lot from a customer stand point) they decided they would charge me 8 overdraft things for items on my statement that had already posted to my account!!! They expect me to pay over $500 in overdraft fees. I agreed to half, just to be the nice person that I am, and she said that it was not going to work, that I was responsible and that they would send it to collections...
I do not recommend this bank to anyone... Their business tactics and customer service skills are absolutley horrible.. Not helpful in anyway what-so-ever!!! I will never use this bank for anyreason at all... Not even at ATM withdrawl... I will be getting a new bank this week and I suggest that all customers out there using 5/3 services do the same before this happens to you, because sure enough it will!!!
