Pros: Decent initial transfer rates.
Cons: Terrible customer service, telemarketing at dinner, "lost" bills, mysterious double penalties.
The Bottom Line: This is a plain card with terrible service. You will get bad customer service, "lost" bills, telemarketing, and double penalties. Try a different card.

We had a First USA VISA card through my brother-in-law's company, Edward D. Jones. EDJ is just a name, they had (to our knowledge) nothing to do with the card.
For the first few months all went well. We transferred a balance from another card, and all went well. In August we exceeded our credit limit accidentally during while adding a room onto our home. We were charged the standard stiff penalty. Aggravated, we paid off the balance in one lump sum. Next cycle, we had no balance on the card except for another penalty for exceeding the limit. We were told that would be removed, all is well. We recieved no bills the next two months, as we charged nothing. Out of the blue we are told that we are being reported to a credit agency for not paying the balance of $29 (the supposedly removed penalty), plus the usual excessive late fees.
Avoid this card. It's put the first blot on our credit report we've ever had.
