My husband and I have been members of Chartway for over 10 years. We both started accounts there separately when we were younger and then decided to stay members jointly after we married.
Chartway offers an extremely out going staff of owners and we have always experienced top quality service from them. They are always available by phone or in person for any of your needs.
Our checks are free due to us using a direct deposit system (other wise checks are $15)and the biggest fee we've had was $6.50 and that was a mistake that was quickly handled.
Savings accounts are extremely easy to setup and their loan rates are the best in our area. We have had two separate loans from Chartway and there was no penalty to paying them off early.
The only disadvantage that we have had is that there are only two of them in the state which makes it a little challenging to do our banking. However, Chartway now offers a great online banking system that I can't wait to try out!
