I have moved over ten times, this was the first time I had any trouble. Bekins lies and will do anything to avoid serving the customer. First, I was told by the company in Arizona that my shipment would remain on the truck and the same driver would pick up and deliver. When the shipment arrived in Maryland, the driver had changed, and my shipment was on a much larger van with another shipment going to New York! The company in Arizona washed their hands of the entire deal saying they had turned it all over to the national company. They were late by over a week, mishandled materials, damaged my house, and did not deliver all goods. I was brow beatten by the driver and they have been totally unresponsive regarding my claim. NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!!!!!!!!! Once you sign on the dotted line, you are dead meat--I cannot recommend them to my worse enemy. A terrible experience I will NOT repeat. These people should be driven off the end of the earth (pun not intended)I have written letters and filed claims. I only resceive a response about two months after I write. Of course, they are unresponsive in their replies. They will do nothing._
