| jqqj's Full Review: Ijoy Massage Chair with Human Touch Technology |
The first time I tried the Ijoy massage chair was at Sharper Image in the Mall of America after a couple of hours of shopping with friends. I really liked the gentler but effective touch of the chair and it felt really good on my aching back. Four years later, I finally saved up enough money to purchase the Ijoy 130 and I have been sitting in it every night before bed. I get knots in my upper back from sitting at the computer all day and Ijoy is very good at working those knots out. The chair sits low on the ground so you don't really need an ottoman to rest your feet. The controls are very simple with 15-minute pre-programmed sessions for the upper, lower or full back. You can also select from 4 different massage modes and move the massage heads to target specific areas on your back. I like to use the 15-minute pre-programmed session for the full back followed by 15-minute pre-programmed session for the upper back. I have fallen asleep a couple of times while sitting in the chair during a session!
Overall, the chair is great value for the price and very effective for removing the tension that builds up in the back muscles during the day.
