Pros: Goes to 80lbs, side pockets nice

Cons: Does not recline easily. Belts twist easily

The Bottom Line: This seat has more cons than pros and is too much money to try it to see if you like it

We replaced our car seat due to a car accident. We quickly realized that this would not be an easy job.

We needed a seat for our three year old that would recline as he still takes naps in the car. We also wanted a seat that would take us on to higher weights.

After installing this seat I realized how much I missed our old one. I can no longer recline the seat with one hand, it's more a fight. The straps twist with in the belt latches itself and they seem very flimsy. To adjust the straps is another ordeal as every day they seem either too big on him or too tight.

I have not had to wash the fabric but feel that it is gonna be a chore due to the light color fabric.

We like the pockets that allow us to keep a toy or snack. Things he can reach himself.

The recline positions are a joke as his poor little head still hangs in an bad position while he sleeps.

My suggestion would be for the car seat companies to read the epinions site to find out the problems with their seats then correct them and then you go and buy the new improved seat. This one is not worth the money as we spent $150.00 for the three in one seat. Eddie Bauer would have done better to let the women in his life design this one!
