Pros: great location with nice sized rooms
Cons: inefficient management.
The Bottom Line: I think there are better places to stay in this price range. Choose another hotel unless they get better management.

Although our room was nice enough , we were very disappointed with the service at this hotel. To begin with there were no sheets or pillow cases in the room for the pull out couch even though we registered five people for the room and would definitely need to use this pull-out bed. We had to call two times before they showed up. The young man who made up the bed did a great job and was nice but it seems like there was not very good management at the hotel for our entire stay. There was no hot water the first day and we did not have a remote control for the second television. I told the concierge the next morning about the problems and when we returned to the room 8 hours later both problems had still not been addressed in any way. When I complained to the concierge she just kept making excuses about how it is a busy time. When I asked to speak to the manager she said there was no manager working because it was holiday time. We also asked for somebody to help us with a broken clock but once again we were ignored. Also when we were checking out our car took 30 minutes to get from the valet when we were told it would be about 10 minutes.
