I know what you're thinking....why is she writing a review on "Playgirl"? Well, it's because I feel that in today's society, women have been oppressed far too long when it comes to matter of sexuality.
What do I mean by that? I mean that for years, several magazines have been available to men for their enjoyment(such as Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler,and others) while the choices for women are few and far between.By this, I mean that men have always had an opportunity to pick-up a magazine from a store without feeling guilty as women feel that they're doing something wrong for even having such thoughts.
As for the contents of playgirl, the magazine is very well put together. It contains not only articles on how women can improve their lives when it comes to sex, but also, it provides the reader with an opportunity to send in both erotic literature and pictures of their mates to enter in contests.
To get to the point, I am glad that Playgirl is out on the market and that if a woman chooses,she can go and buy or subscribe to it. However,I wish that there were also other magazines that allow women to enjoy and explore their sexuality in a safe way.
