opiyum's Full Review: 40 Oz. To Freedom by Sublime (Rock)
Every freaking second of this album is beautiful, BEAUTIFUL. I've had it for five years I think. I am FANATICAL about sublime, and this is their best album. Ill be open about things, and say, that one of the reasons I trip so well to this music, is because its very in tune with the drug culture and realistic things, good and bad, that go on when you're a part of it. Aside from that, these guys are overflowing with talent.

Not only is this music lovely and groovey in a ska punk reggae beach music kind of way, but everything they (brad) say is so PROFOUND! To me anyway. It's hard to think of what to say about this music except that it rocks. This is my favorite (out of multiple favorites) band.
Badfish is an emotional song about addiction. 40oz to freedom is a GREAT song about getting drunk and saying f*ck everything. Scarlet Begonia's, an enchanting and suave Greatful Dead cover. Track number four is a cover too. KRSONE is a great song, that most people dont know, is about the rap/hiphop artist KRS-ONE. (people used to try to tell me krsone stands for radio station call letters, they're so wrong) He's a really smart talented dude, you should chick him out. His name stands for "knowledge reins supreme over nearly everyone"
This music is AWESOME to drink, or do any other substance to. EVERY sublime aldum is phenominal in my mighty opinion.
