I like the way you described how you felt about this album...you got my attention, and piqued my interest to learn more, but then you didn't go into any depth about the album itself. If you could describe even a few songs in the style you began this review in, I think it would be a much better review.

It's tough getting started and knowing what it is the reader is looking for in a review. I think you need to add some detail to your review. Tell us about the different songs by this artist.
How did the music and lyrics blend. What you liked or did not like about the album. I found it helpful starting out reading highly rated posts to get some ideas of what information the reader was looking for.
