Ian-sama against stupid anti-commercialism. (Reply to this comment)
by ian-sama
I love reading pop music reviews by people that hate pop. The very concept of doing so is idiotic in the first place, and then the reviews are long trails of idiocy to follow. I also love when they suggest old, outdated music to listen to instead of "this crap" (the SAME phrases are always used). Now, don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with old music. But it is stupid to be stuck in one's ways and refuse to approve of anything else.
In The Zone is Britney Spears's best record. True, that's not saying much, but it's miles ahead of any of the other pieces of plastic she'd put out. No way "Showdown" deserves an F. How the hell the Eurythmics are anything like that song I fail to see.
God. I'm going to have to write a review now.

I meant that I hated Prince because he influenced that song by CCMF not because I hate his actual music.

Didn't you just say you hated Prince in that C&C Music Factory review? And now you're telling people to pick up a Prince compilation?
A word of advice: don't try so hard. Just be yourself. Take your time, pace yourself. Space your reviews out a little. You'll get a lot more readers/raters that way.

It was "I Could Be So Lucky." Dreadful! (Although, I'm not sure what I'd actually score it if/when it ever comes to that.)

...a good one to avoid. I'd be interested to read your take on "Anastacia" (CD by that artist)-a thoroughly boring experience by a singer with a great voice. Kylie M. often has dreadful songs which unfortunately stick in your brain. Was the one you were thinking of was called "Slow"..? Good review. HfO

I'm sorry!
There's a Kylie Minogue song that I'm addicted to for some reason. I don't even think it's a very good song, yet I'm totally drawn to it.
