Funny you say that! I nearly sent you their debut with the last pack of CDs. My suggestion would be to go chronologically. Start with Bring It On (it's incredible), go on to Liquid Skin, check out Abandoned...
I can't gush enough about Bring It On. You'll love it.

Would you say this is a good starting point as an intro to the band? I've been meaning to check this band out for hell, 6-7 years now and I never remember to grab something from them when I'm in a record store

Yeah. Very British, but with a very American sound most of the time (kind of like the opposite of The Killers). Listen to a few snippets of Bring it on & let me know what you think ;)

While I've heard of Gomez, I've never heard any of their music. I figured them for an English band. :)
Sounds like something my hubby could get into; I'll have to give them a listen!
