Fraudulent and poor business model

Pros: I am writing about Fandango the movie ticket service.

Cons: Site-is-slow, the-live-help is-dead and I-have-not-been-able-to-get-them-by telephone-in-24-hours.

The Bottom Line: Do not use the www.fandango.com movie ticket service!!!

In addition to the above complaints...
I went to the opening of Harry potter with my printed www.Fandango.com reciept to pick up my tickets.
I have a slew of credit cards but not the one I used for the online purchase. I did what the reciept suggested and got a manger. I had picture ID saying I was the person that reserved the tickets and a means to pay for them. He refused to accomidate us. As if this were not bad enough... fandano is basically unreachable. I got them by email and their position is that they will charge $16.50 for the tickets they refused to deliver to me!!!! What type of bean counter moro-n devised this business policy???
Morale- don't use www.Fandango.com!!! It will not save you time it will cost you time and money!!!
