It seems I am also unable to write an opinion on "Reds" for some reason.

REDS is a classic that only improves with time. (Reply to this comment)

This film is one of Beatty's best. He knows exactly how to showcase his
best attributes as an actor and draws us close to his characters.
Jack Nicholson has rarely turned in a better performance than his
few scenes in this film; his efforts raise the leverl of the film to extraordinary heights. The cinematography is inspired and the sound is perfect. Beatty and his writing team have used some techniques in this film (witnesses, overlaid voices) that change this from a Hollywood epic to a classic work of art.
