| GustavusShaw's Full Review: Adcom GFA 4302 Car Amp |
The GFa-4302 is the smallest of the Adcom line of amps but not even close to being the least in sound quality. It is rated for 30w by 2 ch and I know it doesn't seem like a lot but I dare you to load it down! The Beast will emerge from its peaceful slumber into something that smashes the competition to itty bitty pieces.
The basic Adcom design is still evident in this little wizard of an amp. It still boasts the balanced line inputs of all the others and uses standard RCA jacks instead of the 5-pin XLR connector. So, the music come through unmasked and untainted.
The superior architecture is rugged enough to withstand even the heaviest of loads. This is thanks to its highly robust power supplies output. No matter how you load it the power supply keeps up like a marathon runner.
The little amp is no where near a slouch in the presence of its bigger brothers only a smaller version. Try to compare it to other amps in its power class and they will fail. Even the bigger competitors, around 50w can't even put up a decent fight.
The price is extremely low for an amp of this caliber and you will smile all the way to the car with new amp in hand.
