I BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT AND HAD IT ONLY 5 DAYS WHEN THE LCD SCREEN LOOKED LIKE FIREWORKS EXPLODING ON IT. IT WAS IN A PURSE WITH MY CELL PHONE AND WAS NOT DROPPED. I CALLED APPLE BECAUSE I EVEN HAD THE EXTENDED TWO YEAR WARRANTY AND THEY SAID TO FIX IT IT WOULD COST THE STANDARD SERVICE FEE. WHEN I ASKED WHAT THIS FEE WAS THEY SAID $249.00. WOW I PRETTY MUCH HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF PRODUCT I HAVE EVER HAD. EVERYWHERE THERE ARE FORUMS WITH EXTENSIVE PROBLEMS. THIS WAS A POOR PRODUCT AND A DISGRACE TO BE PUT ON THE MARKET. I WISH I HAD READ MORE ABOUT THEM BEFORE I BOUGHT IT. GO ON THE INTERNET AND PUT IN IPOD PROBLEMS BEFORE BUYING!!!!!!!
