Hmm... I saw this recently and it is, as you say, not too bad... only one scene of gratuitous sex as far as I remember, didn't really see anything though so it wasn't too bad.

Jim Dale's narration on cd is outstanding. The mini series with Pierce Brosnan and Eric Idle isn't too bad either, except for the gratuitous sex.

for my kid's 10th b-day coming up on Saturday.(I found a bunch of hardbound classics like this at, of all places, a craft store for only $3) I thought it'd be enjoyable for him.
