Don't go if you are looking for portable use

Pros: Good Display, wonderful sound quality
Cons: poor battery life and no ESP
The Bottom Line: It seems to be good product in ads.. but in realty is not as sturdy as expected.. so wait for the next model..

This product can't be used as portable device .. very poor battery life.. always have to plug the adapter..
virtually no disk skip protection.. and there is no useful documentation.. had to hit my head to find all the features.. good thing about this plays is its sound quality and battery recharger.. but on the other hand rechargeable battery provided with this set doesn't last more that 30 mins and even alkaline battery goes down in 60 mins.. so if dont mind keeping it plugged to the AC jack only then go for this product.. If you are having good CD player then you can use this for adding the mp3 compatibility to that and the remote provided with this comes handy that time... happy listening music and wait for another model to come out from COMPAQ stables...hope it helps..
