Pros: if you focus, great pics; easy to use; good movies; included batteries and charger.
Cons: blurry images if you don't focus; bulky; slow between flash shots; 16mb card!
The Bottom Line: Anyone want to buy a used one from me? I am ready to buy a Canon.

| kwik1974's Full Review: Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P72 Digital Camera |
I have owned the camera for about a year and I have taken pretty good pictures with it.
Unfortunately, if you don't focus (press down half way) before taking the shot, it takes very blurry images (And you won't know because the image looks ok in the small screen.
The camera only comes with a 16mb memory stick which is a joke!
It takes forever before camera allows you to take another shot if you use the flash (whether the battery is fully charged or not). I have a trick: After I take a picture, I switch the setting to picture viewing and then switch back to "take a picture" setting.
I love that the camera comes with an included charger and rechargeable AA batteries.
Compared to most cameras out there, this one is quite heavy and bulky.
The plastic cover that is supposed to protect the USB outlet is quite flimsy.
The flash is ok but I keep it on high so that night pictures come out ok. Flash doesn't reach too far.
It has cool features and I like the movies it takes too.
The screen could be bigger and I wish I could see better at night using the screen.

Amount Paid (US$): about $200 This Camera is a Good Choice if You Want Something... Easy Enough for Anyone to Use
