i bought this mother board from newegg.com for $82 dollar. At first I expected some cheesy mid end mobo. How ever I was surprised by the performance and feature of this board. I pair it up with:
Barton 2500
Shapire ATI OEM|RADEON 9000 64MB VIVO
512MB PC2700 HYPERX
80G WD HD (8MB buffer)
and got about 7500 score from 3dmark 2001SE
Bios have very flexible and voltage stepping for OC but i'm not such a big OC person. Installation was a breeze. System ran stable for about 2 months now with out any problem.
One minor detail that I found annoying is the floppyless bios upgrade tool is kinda dumb. It connected to the web site but did not download the latest bios. I had to download the bios and manually update it. But this is a very very minor annoyance.
Built in LAN works great for general application an so is the built in sound.
The board also has some SPDIF stuff that I haven't try get.

Yes
