Miserable Experience at Angelus "Resort"

Pros: The view was nice and that's about the only positive.
Cons: The cons are too numerous to list here in this forum.
The Bottom Line: Given that this was one of the worst travel experiences in my 56 years, my advice is to spend your money elsewhere.

Hi folks! Well, I'm relatively new to the forum posting experience, but I felt this would be valuable information. My wife and I had travelled to St. Kitts for many years (five in all) and we had always stayed at Jack Tar. This last time around, we tried the Angelus at the behest of a friend. We found the service woefully inadequate (that's putting it mildly). For example, upon our arrival, it took the staff nearly two hours to get our room ready!!! Because of my wife's medical condition, we were generally confined to the resort area and were very disappointed in the service.
Upon returning back to Chicago, my wife did a Google search on this property and found some rather nasty stuff that, we felt, explained things (http://www.angelusresort.com/). When I posted this information at another site, I was attacked by damn near everybody! Evidently, there are many investors who were defrauded by a fellow named Roland M. Thomas and they're trying to let people know about the Angelus Resort's "backstory" by posting in these forums. Why this is upsetting some people is a mystery to me. But, like I said, I'm just a neophyte.
After thinking about this, it occurred to me that maybe some of these people who were upset with my post were working for this Roland Thomas character. I gather, in PR wars, you have to match wits with your adversary.
I'm not here to take sides, just to write a travel review. But unbeknownst, I seem to have entered a veritable hornet's nest in the process. And if folks want to accuse me of being one of these investors, fine. I'll just assume they're on Roland Thomas' payroll.
