This washer looks great, but does not perform. After doing some research my husband decided to purchase this model. It is our first front loader. I had my doubts. I had to run loads more than once to get them clean smelling. Then the pump got clogged, unclogged it, ran sorta okay, then it clogged again. Had the pump replaced this time just a month or so ago and now it is not draining again. This sucker is a LEMON. When we had it repaired the repairman had lots of trouble getting the pump out due to the way it was installed.
