I was looking for an MP3 player for the gym but also wanted something that could hold a good chunk of music.My main concern was buying a player and then not being satisfied with the amount of memory. The FL100 offered a good compromise in that it accepts SD cards so I could always upgrade if I needed it.
I haven't had it too long but no complaints so far. The plastic "seems" cheap but I haven't dropped it so I don't know if that impression is correct. It's very lightweight so that should help if it drops. As another reviewer noted, the case that comes with it covers some buttons but I don't use the case that much anyways. It also comes with a little necklace type thing you can wear it around your neck if you want. Except they made it George Jetson silver so you look a little funny wearing it.
Overall, a great buy.
