Pros: Easy to use, great customer service. Good interest, no minimum balance.

Cons: External Bank account, 2-3 days to transfer funds.

ING Direct is great, no minimum balance, great interest (that keeps going up).

The website is easy to navigate.

Good Customer service? Yes I said "good customer service".
I had a problem with logging on to my account I called and it was fixed in a few minutes. They were very helpful and professional.

There are is a down side, you need an external checking account and it takes 2-3 days to transfer funds from ING to your checking account.

In my opinion though it's worth it as the interest is great compared to regular banks and they actually seem to care about serving the customer.
