Poor Answer Machine

Pros: Acceptable range for the handsets.
Cons: Answer Machine quite accepting messages and tech support was not able to fix the problem
The Bottom Line: I am going to try and return it to Costco where I bought it and buy another brand

I liked having more than one handset to place in other rooms that do not have access to a phone line. The range of the handsets was adequate to carry around while doing yard work. The receiver emits interference and I could hear it from my corded phone located on the same end table.
The Answer Machine first quit accepting messages from a Cellular Phone. Tech Support is automated responses only and I was unable to speak with a real person to try and resolve it over the phone. The Manual had some suggestions that I followed, but it did not fix the problem. I accessed their WEB page and was able to send an e-mail to their tech support. I received some e-mail responses back from them. Their solution was to send it back to V-Tech to the tune of $75.00 plus shipping. I don't think so.
