| goatfrog's Full Review: Polaroid Ion 230 Digital Camera |
I bought this camera based on size, price and the specs listed on the box. I was rather pleased with my purchase because of the appearance and durability of the camera. I will note that I have a Kodak 2.2 megapixel camera that takes far better quality pictures, however it also cost me $80 more than this ion 230 did. I will agree with the other review on this site in that the quality of your picture depends on how steady your hand is and the web cam feature is rather dark without the sun shining directly on you. I however did not buy this camera to take professional pics, i bought it to easily fit in my pocket and have it on me at the bar and parties when i wanted to take a pic of some friends or whatever might catch my eye. Overall, i would say this camera is definitely worth $100 at BIG LOTS, however i would not advise paying any more for it than that.
