This dishwasher, unfortunately, came pre-installed in my apartment. I have used lots of dishwashers, and this is by far the worst one in my experience. The silverware are supposed to be placed in a closed box in the door; of course, since they are in a closed box, with their back to the solid door, they don't get cleaned. I've taken to putting silverware in the top basket, which wastes a lot of space. The water flow appears to be uneven because dishes/bowls placed in the corners of the baskets tend to come out about as dirty as they went in. I have to put the dishwasher on "heavy wash" because "normal wash" doesn't accomplish anything. To summarize: I strongly recommend that you avoid this dishwasher!
