Pros: They were good prior to the sale of the company.
Cons: They have demonstrated despicable behavior and thereby cast suspicion on their every move.

I have been a regular at Barnhills in New Port Richey, Florida for some time. Their food is above average, the atmosphere is quite good, the place is clean.
In December of 2007 I purchased a Barnhill gift card that allowed me to buy $100 worth of meals with no time limit. I have used it quite a bit.
Imagine my chagrin when I went to use it on February 6, 2008 and was told that the chain was sold and the new owners were not honoring the card. I find this a deplorable bit of cheating and if this is the indication of the morals and standards of the new owners, I cannot trust them to maintain the quality of the food or service since they have demonstrated no trace of decent, honest behavior.
What a sad example of the decay of moral values and simple honesty.
