Pros: Awesome milkshakes (Mocha, Vanilla, and Banana were among my favs)
Open 24 hours
Cons: Not a good value for your money.
Burgers are small
The Bottom Line: If you like milkshakes, give them a try. If you want a steak and/or good burger go somewhere else.

Ah, good times. It was my first job and I worked with friends.
Any who, If you do decide to go there your typical visit will be like this:
Obviously, you walk through the doors. You will notice that the restaurant is kind of on the small side. Well, most steak n shakes are like this since they are mostly build identically.
You will be greeted at the door by a server or manager and taken to your table. Be careful about coming in at a busy hour as either or couldn't get to the door (because of it being busy). I have seen some people wait 5+ minutes to be seated and have also seen some people leave.
After being seated, you will be greeted by your server within 60 seconds (atleast in theory anyways) and will be given a menu and silverware.
Upon inspection of the menu, you will notice that there is little to choose from and everything seems to be a bit pricey. The menu is mostly made up of 15-20 "steak burgers" sandwiches, a few chicken type sandwiches, and some salads. They have a couple of other things, but aren't worth mentioning.
One of the "favorites" that people usually ordered were the frisco melt (sourdough bread, two "steakburgers", frisco sauce ((thousand island dressing)) swiss and american cheese, and lettuce and tomato on the side) I believe if they knew how many calories were in that deathtrap, they would have ordered something else (around 1100)
Servers are required to bring your drink and side dish (soup, salad, cottage cheese, or coleslaw) out before your entree. But, upon serving your entree, we are also required to give you the check at the same time, which I found to be rude. It's as if the customer were being rushed.
After eating your entree, and you still wanted more, we have a few average desserts to choose from.
When you're done with everything, you take you're check to the front, cash out, and leave.
The only thing that I would recommend about the place is that they have excellent milkshakes. During my 3 years there, I never got tired of them. As for everything else, you could get a better bang for your buck elsewhere.
A little advice, if you ever go and eat there (for whatever reason) don't order the "single steakburger" instead order the "children's steakburger" Its the SAME thing only cut in half AND you get a small side of fries.
