Pros: Value, Clean, Good quality food
Cons: Locations, lack of originality and character
The Bottom Line: I recommend this to both families and couples for a night out to dinner around town, do not expect anything extraordinary however.

| sliznyak2's Full Review: TGI Friday's |
I have always seen those TGI Friday's restaurants, never been to one until about two months ago when I have requested a gift card through my reward system to try out this chain and see what the worldwide chain restaurant, one of the first and the best of American fine dining chains has to offer.
I have to say, I have not been dissappointed. The menu is extensive and complete. There are many choices. There is a large line-up of foods, ranging from burgers to Jack Daniel's Sampler platter. From seafood sophisticated entrees to the old-fashioned favorites like BBQ ribs. Salads are also available and are quite good. I have tried and recommend Baby Back Ribs and Fajita platter. I also recommend picking a three course meal combo which basically means you get to choose an appetizer, an entree and a dessert. The only dissappontment was the dessert which was small and not all that special at all. The entrees though when teamed up with a good appetizer such as Sesame Jack Chicken Strips is a large meal and could be shared between two adults. Overall the value of the fresh prepared high quality food is good.
The restaurant seemed to be clean and neat. However, this location was in the middle of a brand new shopping center and just opened six months ago. Other locations often look older and even sometimes not so appealing from the outside at least. I would stay away from those locations since the cleanness and quality of service could not be the same. I have experienced great food and great service.
Generally speaking, this is a great value for casual dining restaurant. It lacks character and specialty items. I would come back and eat again, however I can see the potential for TGI Friday's to lose some of their customers to more trendy chains such as Chili's and Red Robin.
