Pros: Good food, nice in-flight service, seats even in coach are nice
Cons: Snotty, stuck-up staff at the airport, chaotic stand-by service
The Bottom Line: Be patient before getting in the plane, then kick back and relax once you're on the plane. Great airline!

Overall, I loved my several Air France experiences. The food and comfortable seating are my most vivid memories. I didn't think airline food could taste so good unless you were in first or business class.
The coach seating on most of their Int'l flights are quite comfy compared to most other airlines- it really surprised me.
But, their only a great airline once you're on the plane. Before that, I have had countless experiences with very stuck-up. "I could care less" attitude type of Air France workers at the airports. It seems like these people have a power-complex of some sort that tries to make you feel like, "How dare you ask me for help - you're such a bother!".
Stand-by passengers find themselves in a zoo-like atmosphere when waiting for seat assignements at CDG airport.
But once you get on the airplane, it will probably be one of your best flights ever.
If you're a business class flyer, you'll probably be disapponted with their service - especially compared to Delta's Business Elite. If you're a coach flyer, you'll be more impressed than any of the US airlines for certain!
