We visited this so called resort for two days in February 2003. When my wife and I arrived, the office was closed and no one was around. Finally after finding someone, we were told the room was not ready. They suggested we spend the day on the beach out front and come back later. We were told we had to RENT a chair from them for the beach. I asked about getting something to eat and drink from their bar on the beach and was told that the guy who ran it didn't come in yet. When he FINALLY arrived he didn't even have beer for sale! We finally got into our room to find that the satellite tv system they had did not work, we only had one faucet in the shower and it was cold water. If you wanted hot, you had to plug in a water heater located IN THE SHOWER! The water actually sprayed on the outlet as you showered! I tried to call a taxi to get into town for dinner but their ONLY phone was broken. The next day we went snorkeling and came back in the afternoon to find our room not cleaned. I was then told that they don't even bring fresh towels. WHAT A JOKE!! I have written them several times trying to discuss what happened to us but they never bother to reply. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THEIR PHONE IS 787-755-2930. The beach was beautiful but I was not impressed with the snorkeling.
