This is a very nice re-telling (Reply to this comment)

of the legend of the Royal Hunchback. I first read this story in The Legends and Myths of Hawai'i by His Hawaiian Majesty Kalakaua.
I believe that it is very important that these stories be kept alive and retold many times over. People need to understand what Hawai'i is and who made it so.
Keep writing to keep these stories real.
