Cedar point is an awesome amusement park. There are no two ways about it. When I last visited the park boasted a full 13 roller coasters and the tallest one in the world. I beleieve they have more than 13 coasters now but the highest award has been given somewhere else. This is not the park for the person who likes gentle rides, although there are quite a few of those. The rollercoasters have relatively short lines in comparison with other amusement parks. The newest coasters have much longer lines than the older ones. If you want to ride those, get there early and get right in line. Maybe eat breakfast after if you have a weak stomache. One ride I remember in particular is the Mantis. I thought it was the giant green one at the front since praying mantises are green. But to my surprise it was the giant red and purple one next to it. I waited in line for what was supposed to be a 2 hour line, but it turned out to be less than an hour :-) I recommend this park to any roller coaster enthusiast, not someone with average thrill taste. This park fills every need of a thrill seeker except for cliff jumping and sky diving. This is one Awesome Park!
