Breckenridge resort in Colorado is probably the best resort in Colorado. If you enjoy skiing or snowboarding, this resort is great for you. The slopes are excellent for all ages. Breckenridge also has slopes that are for the experts and the beginners. It also contains a very good ski and snowboard school. The trainers are very friendly, and they teach you everything you need to know about your specific task.
Throughout the entire mountain, Breckenridge has several restaurants. These restaurants are very delicious and have an excellent price. Some foods include: pizza, soups, hot drinks, hamburgers, steaks, and potatoes. There are too many foods to name. Even though there are a lot of other resorts within Colorado, Breckenridge is the most entertaining one of them all.
If you are looking for a mountain that also has dog sledding, snow climbing trails, reastaurants, shops, and nice hotels, then, Breckenridge would be the place for you. None of the hotels that surround Breckenridge are that expensive. However, there are some really nice and expencive condos. All the hotels are within walking distance.
The lift tickets that are required to go up the mountain can not even compare to the price of other surrounding resorts. The lift tickets have an excellent price!!!
In conclusion, if you want to have an excellent time and you do not want to spend a lot of money, then you should decide to go to Breckenridge!!
My great experience
My family and I went out to Colorado for Christmas last year. We considered it to be the most enjoyable trip of all. We stay in a place known as Silverthorne. It is located in the middle of Vail, Copper, and Breckenridge. We went to all three of them but decided Breckenride was the most exciting for several reasons.
First, the slopes at Breckenridge are for every age. I went on the blues and the black diamonds; those are the best in my opinion. However, Breckenridge also offers greens, bunny slopes, 2,3,and 4 black diamonds. The lift to the top of the mountain last about 10 minutes. Each lift averages from 5-15 minutes each. The ride down to the bottom last about 10-20 minutes depending on your ability. However, you do not have to go all the way to the bottom of the mountain just to catch a lift; There are several lifts located througout the mountain at about the middle. I conclude Breckenridge the best becuase it has almost twice as many trails as other resorts, so, it is not as crowded and the lines aren't so long.
Second, the restaurants located on the mountain are extremely good and have a reasonable price compared to copper and vail resorts. They off almost any kind of foods you can think of.
Third, the school that is located at Breckenridge is very informative. The teach you the basics on a beginner course, and then(after learning), they take you to about the middle and let you ski or snowboard down. They taught me how to snowboard. It only took them about an hour or two. Then, i was ready to hit the slopes.
Finally, there is a lot of entertainment located at the bottom of the mountain. There are a numerous amount of shops and restaurants. The shops contain clothes, jewelery, and a lot of souveneirs.
