I've rented from Enterprise many times over the years, unfortunately mostly during insurance claims. Everything was always ready when promised and I usually had a choice of cars (within the same class). A big plus in my book is that they pick you up and drop you off to where ever you need to be (within reason). The one time I had a "bad" experience it turned out to my advantage: The day after I picked up a car one time the "service engine" light came on. I took it back and they didn't have any other cars in the same size available. They traded it _for no additional charge_ for a top of the line luxury car. I can't tell you how much fun I had. I think over the course of that weekend I must have driven about 300 miles in town. All the rentals I had with them have included unlimited miles. The staff has always been prompt and helpful. From what I've heard dealing with rental companies on insurance claims can be a hassle. For me it was seamless, though I can say for sure that's Enterprise or my insurance company. I've never had them try and "bump" me up a class by "running out" of the size I requested when the rental was for leisure travel which I have had with some other companies.
