24 Hour Fitness is a very good chain of health clubs. They offer the latest machinery and the "rubber coated" free weights. However, the most important characteristic in joining a health club is finding one near you. If you have to go out of your way to go to the gym, it is too easy to NOT GO. 24 Hour has many locations making that excuse less viable. It is growing to many cities and is ideal for business travellers. I found myself in Omaha, Nebraska and was able to go a 24 hour fitness there. The prices are also decent, and offer many discounts through your employer. Make sure you get a package that allows you to use all the clubs. I highly recommend this fitness center to those on a budget who want to get a good workout.
