Had a terrible experience with Gold's Gym

Pros: tv's, mirrors,
Cons: customer service, being treated like a number, lack of integrity from a business stand point.
The Bottom Line: i DO NOT reccommend this gym for anyone. very intimidating, long contracts, difficult to get out of, POOR customer service

the particular gold's i went to had no signs indicating which locker room was which. a girl walked in on me while i was in the shower, and left after i told her to get out. of course, after 5 minutes, a bunch of girls were laughing because they dared the girl to do it.
i went and told management about the situation and how there were no signs indicating the men's locker room! i took pictures, called, wrote letters for weeks, and STILL NO SIGNS!! the thing i find the most interesting, is if i and my buddies had a dare to go into the WOMEN'S locker room, we'd ALL be thrown in jail, fined, etc within a matter of weeks...and have our faces in the paper.
management told me later that it was just a practical joke and not to 'worry about it'
i then threatened to get an attorney and the NEXT day the signs were up!
the customer service is TERRIBLE...no smiling, no friendly faces, no help. the staff is extremely hard to get around, especially when finding out how a particular machine works. it's VERY intimidating if you aren't sure who to ask for stuff and what not.
i DO NOT reccommend this gym to anyone...
