Healthy, delicious, easy way to lose weight. The answer to my dream diet. They prepare all the food, you eat it and manage your diet via their website... totally cool, simple. It is portion controlled and they provide you with a list of other foods that you may have. I lost approximately 12pounds per month. I feel physically better, blood pressure is down, cholesterol is improved, and I sleep better at night. Sign up if you are a procrastinator, not good at preparing food, too busy to think about dieting but know that you need to lose weight.
