| bluefishie's Full Review: Honeywell Enviracaire 13520 Air Purifier |
This was one of the best things my parents bought for my brothers and I. Since my brother has asthma, his doctor recommended that my parents buy this product to help clean up the air. His asthma has since gotten better, and since I myself have intensely bad allergies (darn that family trait!!), I decided to give this little machine a try.
RESULTS
Maybe it was wishing hoping, but my nose felt better and I could breath better!
DRAWBACKS
I found that the room would get a little colder, but remedied this by getting another blanket to sleep under. Also, the fan noise took some getting used to. Although it is not loud and is a low, spinning sound, I can be a light sleeper at times. So it does take some getting used to for those light sleepers out there.
It might also be hard to find a storage place. I have the large one (they have smaller ones as well) and when I don't use it, I find it taking up floor space in my closet or ground (which I don't like).
There is no place to store the plug and cord extension, and since I place this cleaner in the middle of the room so it'll have more of an effect, it's also easier to trip over the cord.
