I bought this for my wife after she destroyed her portable CD player. She loves the thing. The D-ring on top of the neoprene and elastic carrying widget is part of the reason. I bought a large metal rock climbing clip and now she can attach it to the...
Pros: Small
Nice Design
Accessory Package Cons: Unreliable
Earphone Jack has poor workmanship
I purchased my first Rush 107SA about two months ago. The first player had a defective earphone jack and I had to return it. My second unit gave me a chance to see how the features really worked. The earphone jack on the second unit was also of poor...
Pros: Great player with many features Cons: Software is outdated
I have never changed the songs on the player because of the poor software support. Somehow, I got the programs to install on Windows XP the very first time around. But shortly after I sent songs to the Rush unit, my computer crashed (not due to the ...
Pros: Size, durability, amount of accessories included, nice screen size Cons: No support for 128mb SmartMedia Cards, Tedious software if you don't follow the instructions verbatim
I've read some really harsh reviews against the SA107, but I bought it anyways - and I was delighted! First off, this thing is tiny - only 70 x 70 millimeters! It can fit in the palm of your hand! The screen on this baby is nice too, much larger than all...
The sa-107 has good sound and looks very sleek, but don't be fooled this mp3 player it eat's batteries like candy. I have had this player for more than a year and always use the ac adapter. Keep trak of your driver's hard to find if you want to use with new computers.

This product did perform well overall, I 've been very pleased with it's compact look, good quality and easy to use controls. I use this MP3 player strapped to my bicycle handlebars and have no had any problems whatsoever. Compared to other CD players with 40 sec. anti skip and above, there is no comparison. The only thing that Philips could improve on is the brightness of the LCD display and no backlit display for night use. Also, I would probably listen to more of a variety of music if the smart media cards used for memory were not so expensive. Currently I have to copy over the card I have, in order to listen to different music.

Be advised that the software for this player is lousy to begin with but the kicker is that it is NOT supported by Windows XP. If you are running XP, this device will NOT work.
