Pros: Inexpensive; works the entire ab area; folds Cons: Not as sturdy as the Ab Lounger; small; too light weight.
After reviewing the A
b
Lounge I have received at least an e-mail a day. Many ask what I think about the Ab Lounge 2 and which I would recommend. I have answered every e-mail. I decided to review the Ab Lounge 2 in an ...
Pros: Easy to use, easy to assemble. Cons: Might not hold up to sustained abuse from a heavy person.
I've had this particular core machine for a few months, now. If you're familiar with some of my older reviews, you can no doubt deduce that I have a bit of a beer gut to work off. First of all, the Ab Lounge comes with an instructional video detailing ...
Pros: Great results, works full abdominal muscle Cons: A little squeeky
I have had the ab Lounge 2 for about 2 months and my personal expreience with this machine has been great. I have no complaints. I just had a baby and I really needed to tone up that excess tummy fat and I have seen some really great results. Although ...
Pros: Off the floor, works the abs well. Routine is easy to learn. Cons: Large equipment, doesnt store well, foot rests are uncomfortable
I am not an expert review writer, but i will say I like this machine. I have approx 15 abdominal workout dvds but this machine really packs on the burn. I highly recommend it for someone under 200 pounds, and/or in somewhat good physical condition, ...
Let me tell you that I was quite skeptical about this contraption before I bought it, but am I glad that I did. This machine is easy to put together and it actually works. The machine is made well so you know it will last and is worth the money you pay. ...
Pros: Its portable, folds away for storage Cons: hurts my back a bit.
I bought the Ab Lounge 2 from (http://www.discountproductsmall.com/ablounge-2/ablounge-2.htm). On my first try, I did 50 crunches and I felt the burn on the tenth one. Haven't had any immediate results as of yet (I've only been using it for two days now). I do 200 or more crunches per day. 100 in the morning (I break those up. 50 first thing when I wake up, then another 50 after I take a shower). And the same at bedtime. I'm planning to gradually increase that number every week, hoping to get to at least 600 per day. All in all, you feel the burn right off the bat. I personally don't have a back problem, so it doesn't hurt my back in the least. I'm only giving it 4 stars so far, cause it's too early to tell if it actually garners results."
Pros: none whatsoever, nice infomercial on tv.... Cons: too many...
I don't like this machine because it puts my body in a wierd position; my body slides off the fabric seat during the swinging motion so I have to re-adjust myself all the time; it squeeks, it's heavy and difficult to fold/unfold/move around; it takes a lot of swings to feel anything in the abs, i get really DIZZY at the end and I feel like throwing up. Now I have a hard time selling it.
Higly NOT recommended.
Pros: It will exercise abs. Cons: Awkward to fold up. Takes up a lot of room.
This is an abdominal exerciser that looks like a chair. It allows to work your abs by bending at the waist. I find that it does exercise your abs, but only the front mostly upper abs. It is reasonable comfortable to use. I don't believe that it works any faster than sit ups.
One problem is that you can't fold it up an put it away without using a wrench to dismantle it.
Pros: Quick results, easy function. Neat design. Cons: Had to put washers on the upper handle, came apart. Easy fix though.
I picked one up at a rumage sale for FREE! I downloaded the manual online. I've had it a month and have really toned up in the tummy area. I have a pooch that has never gone away with dieting and it is noticably shrinking, almost gone now. I use it everyday, save a few here and there, just past when I feel it burn. I really love it. It is so super easy. I like to stretch my back on it too. It's so comfortable that I use it as an extra chair at gatherings ( I keep mine outside by my patio). Great, buy one if you have the chance!
